Things to Do Before Your Appointment:

Please remove all breakables from the areas to be cleaned prior to your appointment.
We will need to park as close to your door as possible, so kindly move vehicles to the side or out of the driveway prior to your appointment.
Please contain your pets before your appointment.
Please remove small toys, nails, paper, coins, etc. from the area to be cleaned. These items will clog our equipment.
Air conditioning ensures proper and fast drying of your carpet, so please have your air on and set at or below 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please try to give us at least 24 hours of notice.

Please leave blocks or tabs under furniture for 2-3 days. Removing them earlier could cause permanent stains.
Do not move existing furniture or place new furniture on the carpet for at least 48 hours. Doing so could also cause permanent stains.
Leave your air conditioning on and set at or below 75 degrees Fahrenheit for at least 24 hours after carpet, upholstery, or area rug cleaning.

When walking on the cleaned area before it is dry, ALWAYS use the shoe covers that we provided and step with caution especially when going to and from carpet to hard surfaces like tile.
Between cleanings, if there is a spill or spot, use the spot cleaning bottle we provided to remove spots. Other spot cleaners can leave bleach spots or yellowish spots in your carpet or upholstery that will be permanent.
